Thousands of flights have been cancelled and delayed in the USA. Electricity was shut, schools were closed and people of many states were asked to stay indoors as the east part of the USA is preparing for the worst hit storm in the decade according to the weather reports.

They also issued a flood warning notice for Tuesday.

From Tennessee to New York, 10 states will see this huge storm and all the states have already issued warning posts across. More than 29.5 million people will be affected by this tornado. The greatest concern was issued to the Washington-Baltimore region.

Nearly 1500 flights have been cancelled and more than 7000 flights have been delayed according to the flight tracking service. The aviation administration has re-routed several planes, which are heading towards the East Coast. The flights in and out New York City area have been paused along with Washington, Charlotte and Atlanta.
