Megastar Chiranjeevi is currently shooting for his 158th film directed by Bobby Kolli. The film is said to be a mass entertainer and an action episode is currently shot in the beautiful locations of Pollachi. Chiranjeevi is charging a remuneration of Rs 75 crores for the film. He has taken home Rs 70 crores for Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu and he is now pocketing a slightly higher remuneration for Mega158.

KVN Productions are the producers and they are investing big money on the film.Keeping an end to the speculations, the makers launched the film and it was followed by the shoot. Anaswara Rajan is playing a crucial role and the team is eyeing a Sankranthi 2027 release for this untitled film. Thaman is scoring the music and some of the top technicians are working on this expensive project. Despite a slight delay in start, the team is very confident on releasing the film during Sankranthi 2027. Chiranjeevi has also completed the shoot of Vishwambara last year but there is no clarity about when the film will hit the screens.
