Description

As a part of the American Taekwondo Association, our school teaches Songham Taekwondo to children, ages 3 to adult. We specialize in teaching self-esteem and discipline through a structured curriculum of traditional Songham forms, board breaks, sparring, and-self defense. We teach an interconnected set of strong moral values which help to develop confidence, focus and courtesy--not only in the studio, but also at home and at school. Our instructors are highly motivated and certified with over 400+ hours of in-class training, and enjoy both teaching and the sport itself. Our goal is to help students become strong, competitive and confident individuals--both in class as well as in life outside the school.
