Analysis

Gaali Sampath Movie Review, Rating, Story, Cast and Crew

Gaali Sampath is completely based on Rajendra Prasad and his performance. The film looks outdated right from the first frame. The entertainment and the Fi Fi language irritates the audience. The love story between Sree Vishnu and Lovely Singh too makes no impact. The interval portions of the film are shot well. The film lacks good quality and is made on a strict budget. On the whole, the first half of Gaali Sampath is disappointing.

The same theme and mode continue in the second half too. The film happens on an emotional note but there is no emotional bonding or connect in the film and this is the major drawback. Some of the scenes are quite lengthy. The only good thing that happened to Gaali Sampath is the climax portions. The climax of the film is decent but on the whole, the entire Gaali Sampath is a huge disappointment.

Performance

Rajendra Prasad is a legend and he performs well in the role of Gaali Sampath. The veteran actor drives the film well and he does justice for the half baked role assigned. Sree Vishnu is decent in the assignment and it is mostly emotional. Satya is good in parts with his comic timing. All the other actors are decent in their roles and most of them did not have any prominence. Lovely Singh, the lead actress is good in her portions though the love story wasn't convincing.

Gaali Sampath has nothing interesting and exciting to discuss about the plot. The narration looks like the film is made in 90s. The screenplay and dialogues are the major letdown of the film. The music and the background score are below average and they make no impact on the film. The cinematography work is decent and the production values are quite poor. Gaali Sampath seems to have been made on a strict budget. Anish, the film's director fails utterly and Anil Ravipudi's writing and screenplay too fails to make an impact.

Final Word

Gaali Sampath falls flat because of the below-par emotions and predictable narration. Even Rajendra Prasad cannot save the film.
