Are you feeling guilty of throwing leftover food of last night? You can re-cycle them for the next day’s meal. You actually can make a completely new delicious dish! Try out these.

Biryani with leftover cooked rice

garam masala powder: 1 tsp

small boiled potato diced: 1

small onion chopped: 1

cup peas: 1/2

ginger garlic paste: 1/2tsp

crushed nuts: 2 tsp

haldi powder: 1/2tsp

milk: 4 tsp

ghee/butter: 2 tsp

zeera: 1/2 tsp

Tips to use leftover veggies

If you have a left over potato curry,/aloo baingan, add it to a pan with 2 tea spoon hot butter. Add some water, half tea spoon ginger garlic paste. Cook for five minutes, add pao bhaji masala, mix well and remove from fire. Serve it hot with buttered paos.

If you have leftover rice and boiled potatoes, mix the two and mash well. Add chopped ginger, green chillies, onions half a cup grated cheese along with coriander leaves. Make the mixture into small balls and roll into bread crumbs. Now deep fry and serve with green chutney.
